This update makes it easier to keep track of your efforts: your past Tris and badges now show up in the Progress section of your app! You can pick up where you left off on any past Tri, and easily see how strong your habits have become for each Tri.

Ever wondered if your new habits are solid enough to stick? In this release, Fresh Tri measures habit strength using a scientifically validated tool. Check in daily and track your progress on the home screen. After you practice your Tri for 21 days you can measure the strength of your developing habit using this test. (There’s nothing magical about 21 days, but it’s a good time to see how things are coming along!) Then decide whether to keep strengthening that Tri or iterate and try a new Tri.

Now while building a Tri you can choose exactly WHEN you'd like to practice your behavior- based on science! We know from habit-science research that by connecting your new healthy behaviors to defined events (such as meals), it helps to reinforce your memory and build healthy habits faster. In this version, while building your Tri, you can add an event to connect (or “piggyback”) your behavior to, and then set a customized nudge time to remind yourself and maximize your healthy habit formation!
